BSQ management was asked to take over the fit-out of the client’s new offices, which was initially being handled internally by the client. At the time BSQ joined the project, 90% of procurement had been completed, but coordinating all supplier deliveries and installations, as well as works by the landlord’s incumbent contractors, was consuming the internal team’s time and impacting their day-to-day operations.
BSQ’s role in the project was to consolidate the programme to meet the client’s set deadline and ensure that there were no scope gaps between contractors. . By maintaining a regular presence on-site and reorganizing the entire program, we developed a strong relationship with the landlord’s team and the client’s suppliers to address discovered issues before installations took place on-site, as well as completing pending procurement sourcing.
The project was handed over to the client on time, with only minor soft furnishings in non-mission-critical areas pending.
