Description of Work

The aim of the project was to implement Agile working way throughout the LUX Campus. A higher HC to desk ratio was approved with each team which allowed for the introduction of new collaborative workspace options within the area.

The project was looking at changing the furniture and décor of the offices and upgrading the standard of working conditions for the workers.

The offices were refurnished with some minor modification to the layout and the erection of several partitions. Carpeting were changed along with the wall coverings and finishes.

The desks were changed to a new height and an adjustable model with smaller dimension coupled with lockers and team workspace.

It also allowed for future team growth considering the newly introduced shared ration while remaining in the same location.

The GC was selected via a Two Stage competitive tender.

The Construction works started in August 2019 on LUX 12, in October 2019 on LUX 14, in November 2019 on LUX 16 and the last building was successfully completed in February 2020
